Residential plots of 3 Marla, 5 Marla and 10 Marla, plus commercial plots of 4 Marla and 8 Marla. The master plan has 427 residential plots (274 × 3 Marla, 139 × 5 Marla, 14 × 10 Marla) and 26 commercial plots.

A 3 Marla plot is PKR 1,500,000 with PKR 10,000 monthly; a 5 Marla plot is PKR 2,500,000 with PKR 20,000 monthly. Plans run over 36 months with a larger half-yearly installment every 6th month, plus booking, balloting and possession amounts. See the Plots & Payment page for the full schedule.

Yes — a 15% discount applies on full cash payment for both 3 Marla and 5 Marla residential plots.

No. The plot price covers the cost of land only. File processing fee, development charges and other applicable charges are not included and are payable separately.

Margalla Springs is on registry land and offers immediate possession on completion of the applicable payments as per the plan.

All payments must be made through approved channels only. Inventory is issued against the official Quota Form, and Margalla Springs is responsible only for sales made against the official Quota Form.
